Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the Preservers platform and our related services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Preservers Cybersec Labs. These terms govern your engagement with our autonomous defense systems and the operational parameters of our neutralization engine.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms and conditions.

Agentic Operations and Authorization

Preservers provides an autonomous security layer that utilizes agentic technology to identify and neutralize cyber threats. By using our services, you grant Preservers the following operational authorizations:

01Autonomous Mapping: You authorize our agents to continuously map and inventory your external attack surface.
02Active Neutralization: You grant our defense units the authority to take automated actions to neutralize identified high risk exposures within your defined perimeter.
03Real Time Monitoring: You authorize the continuous analysis of your internet facing assets to detect patterns suggestive of an impending breach.

Crucially, while our agents act with a high degree of autonomy, they are programmed to operate within the strict safety parameters defined during your technical onboarding.

Proprietary Technology and Intellectual Property

The Preservers platform, including its neutralization logic, autonomous agent frameworks, and predictive AI models, is the exclusive intellectual property of Preservers Cybersec Labs.

Your engagement with our services grants you a limited and non transferable license to utilize our autonomous defense capabilities for your internal security needs. You may not attempt to reverse engineer or decompile our proprietary algorithms or agent frameworks.

We strive to maintain the highest levels of platform availability, specifically targeting a 99.9% uptime for our core neutralization services.

Technical maintenance and system updates are performed with a focus on minimizing disruption to your autonomous defense shield. Any significant service interruptions will be communicated promptly through your dedicated administrative dashboard.

Liability and Disclaimers

While Preservers utilizes state of the art technology to neutralize risks, no security system can guarantee absolute prevention of every incident. Our services are provided to enhance your overall security posture and significantly reduce your attack surface.

Preservers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of opportunity or incidental costs related to security incidents that occurred despite our autonomous defense measures.

Strategic Continuity

We reserve the right to evolve and improve these terms to align with the rapid advancements in autonomous technology and the global threat landscape. Material changes to our service agreement will be communicated to your primary administrative contact.
